Electric Radiator Shop are doing everything we can to ensure our customers continue to receive the highest level of service possible during this difficult time. Therefore, we have put together a small Q&A which we hope helps.
Will my orders still be processed?
Absolutely. We are fully stocked and are processing orders daily as normal. All the online orders are being fulfilled and as always and you will be kept up to date via emails.
Will I still able to receive deliveries?
Absolutely, we are doing everything we can to ensure your deliveries reach you in a safe and speedy fashion, and whilst the proof of receipt may change slightly, (no paper passing hands etc) our service standards wont!.
Are there any delays?
We are currently achieving 100% delivery rate, and we don't expect this to change, however, we will keep this page updated.
What happens if I am self-isolating?
Our delivery teams are currently delivering and collecting as normal. We just ask that you make us aware of this so we can ensure our drivers have the extra safety equipment available to them to help minimise the spread of the virus.
How are you recording receipt of deliveries?
We have had to make changes to our procedures to ensure the safety of both our customers and our drivers during this time. Our delivery team will call you or knock on the door then move to the allocated 2 metre distance to deliver. The pallets will be left as normal in a safe area for you to unpack.
Our teams are not using the usual hand-held devices to sign for items, they will simply log the name and location of the person taking receipt of the delivery and may ask additional security questions.
Rest assured we are doing all we can to ensure our customers and staff remain safe during this time and we will update this information should anything change.
